Notification of the distribution of dividends for 2010 was published in the Börsen-Zeitung on May 8, 2010 and in the electronic version of the German Federal Gazette on May 10, 2010.

The announcement in accordance with Sec. 30b (1) Sentence 1 No. 2 WpHG on the issuance of a total of 3,810,000 common shares was published in the electronic version of the German Federal Gazette on July 6, 2010, and in the newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung on July 5, 2010.
